What To Expect

Our Process

Working with us is easy. Even if you don't know exactly what you need, you can just tell me what is going on and let my expert problem solving abilities offer 2 or more solutions to choose from.  

Account Setup

• Once we agree on a service  and scope of work, we will need to get a credit card on file along with your email address.

Confirmations

• We will make the reservation and send you a copy as an SMS or Email so you have a chance to correct us if we misheard or mis-recorded any detail.

  • This will include our disclaimer and cancellation policy

• The day before service, we'll send a second confirmation/ reminder. That is your last chance to cancel without a cancellation fee. 

• About an hour before service, we'll send a final reminder that the driver is on the way along with his or her direct number.

• If any of that doesn't happen (extremely rare), that's your signal that something has gone wrong and you have the opportunity to reach out proactively so you're not left without service by surprise.  

Communications

• You will always have our direct phone number for emergencies or concerns. 

• You will also be provided with the phone number of your driver in the 3rd confirmation (an hour before pickup).

Billing

• Your credit card on file will be charged automatically at the end of the service for the amount quoted and agreed upon.

  • Adjustments to the bill resulting in changes to the scope of work may be made accompanied by an email explanation for your records.

• If the scope of work is for a contract, alternative payment arrangements may be required including a deposit and / or wire transfer of funds instead of a credit card

Support

• Text or call 615-813-7829 for any needs including emergencies, time-sensitive concerns, questions about the bill, or an extra copy of your receipt.

• Your receipt will also have this information at the bottom with my phone number. 

Future Bookings

• With your card on file, you can make any future bookings for yourself or family, friends, clients, guests, etc., with nothing but an informal text message directly to the main number.
