Rates Disclaimer

Every quote is variable based on factors such as minimum fares, scope of work, reimbursed expenses (like tolls), demand for the event, and the type of service being requested. It is, unfortunately, not something we can show you how to calculate for yourself. However, all of our quotes are loosely based on the following starting rates (below). If you are looking for a general idea about affordability, this should get you into the right ballpark:

Standard Service

$120.00/hour (Sedan Rate)

$140.00/hour (SUV Rate)

$210.00/hour (Exec Sprinter)

$240.00/hour (Limo Sprinter)

We generally stay between 80% and 130% of these standard rates. However, a quote can go significantly outside of that range for events like the Super-bowl, F1 Racing, or the Kentucky Derby.  There is also a minimum number of hours to consider. Any service booked 2 days in advance or more will have a 2 hour minimum for a Sedan or SUV and a 3 or 4 hour minimum for specialty vehicles. Special events may be adjusted up to a 3, 4, or 6 hour minimum block for the reservation while a quick trip across town booked on an off-peak day may be adjusted down to real time use garage to garage.  The key to remember is that we adhere to our quotes 100% of the time. If we give you a price, we will do it for that price with no undisclosed fees, and no surprises.

Location Disclaimer

Our prices above only apply to the Franklin/ Nashville area. We are in network with a number of services across the nation, some in markets like NYC which are considerably more expensive.  You are welcome to use us to book anywhere in the country, and we will honor the quote that we provide. In most cases our price will be the same as you could get by going to that service directly because we have vendor rates with them (i.e., they pay our booking fee for you).

Quote Disclaimer

When you receive a reservation quote, the disclaimer will include the process for making price adjustments after the fact. For instance, if you book 3 hours and go over on time, the disclaimer will spell out the additional cost. If there are tolls, parking fees, or other reimbursable expenses incurred during service, the disclaimer will mention that your final bill may be different than your quote by that amount.
